BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories**. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

RPM and Gator Cycle- group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session with great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding. In a cycle workout, you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

Core- Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE™ is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability, and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.
“All the moves in LES MILLS CORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable whatever your level of fitness. During the workout, trained Instructors guide you through the correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body-weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Plus there are some hip, butt, and lower back exercises too.
Body Balance-Ideal for anyone and everyone, LES MILLS BODYBALANCE® is a new-generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body, and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, and elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

Cycle Sculpt- An indoor cycle class built around motivation and strength. Expect to be pushed to your personal limits. You may find yourself off the bike with dumbbells or doing push-ups on the bike! This class will challenge and change you as you ride to powerful music! Be prepared to sweat and burn lots of calories!! Strength Lab circuit- Get ready for a lower body and core workout circuit style! Each week you will be challenged with new exercises to push you at your own pace. You choose your own weight selection! You will have your own team each week as you push each other through each round. The exercises are safe and effective, and this class is sure to give you that booty and core burn!!

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater to total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 555 calories** and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
